Councilmember Ben HUeso was elected January 10th, 2006 to help lead our city's financial recovery while maintaining important services in our neighborhoods.  He has developed a vigorous program to not only restore our city's financial strength but to address improvements previously delayed in the district.

Alfonso Bermejo Villamora

Formerly from Tinambec, Camarines Sur, Philippines Al was born, raised & educated in Bicol.  He joined the US Navy in 1975 serving honorably.

Kathy David who recently joined Mabuhay Alliance as Advisory Board brings her talent and expertise as a business owner of IT TechPros Inc., a member of Escondido Chamber of Commerce, San Diego, Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, San Diego North Escondido Development Council, Creater San Diego Business Development Council, National Minority Supplier Diversity Council, Business Networking International and President of the BNI Business Referral Partners Chapter in San Diego, CA.  Kathy has earned a Certification and Accomplishments of IT TechPros Inc. is a bona fide Minority Enterprise as adopted by NMSDC.  Kathy David was a nominee of the 2006 Women Who Mean Business Award.
