Micro-Business Technical Assistance Program

Mabuhay Alliance, Inc. assists minority entrepreneurs by educating small, minority businesses to compete, sustain, financially savvy, and poise them to do business with Corporate America. The Micro-Business Technical Assistance Program is designed to provide ”Micro-Business Owners“ with a step by step ”How to“ training and skills to make the transition from being an effective business manager to a successful small business owner. The 32 hour educational experience is tied-up with Supplier Diversity to help the second and third tier vendors. It is designed and presented to provide micro-business owners with fundamental skills training in specific core competencies needed to manage and operate successful small businesses. In collaboration with the University of San Diego and the University of California Los Angeles, we have assisted over 160 entrepreneurs through this program.

Trained 190 entrepreneurs provided through the University of San Diego since November 2006

Trained 65 entrepreneurs through the Management Development for Entrepreneurs program provided by the University of California Los Angeles since October 2006
